This is a space where you can step back from the chaos and start building a life that feels more authentic to who you are.

If you are finding yourself feeling disconnected from the people in your life, caught in the cycle of addiction, or overwhelmed by anxiety, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re navigating the fallout of a relationship or struggling to adapt to a new stage of life. It might feel like you’ve lost touch with who you are - consumed by work and endless to-do-lists - or trying to meet the needs of others while neglecting your own. Perhaps your partner has suggested you seek help, or you’ve hit a point where you’re simply tired of feeling this way.

You may not fully understand why you’re feeling so stuck, but you now it’s time for a change. Therapy is a place where you can begin to unpack these old narratives and patterns, bringing awareness to the issues that have been holding you back. It’s a space where you can talk about your feelings without fear of judgment, learn to be vulnerable, and begin to see yourself in a new light.

My Background & Approach

My approach to therapy is focused on getting curious about the challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll work to identify the underlying patterns that have been influencing your behavior, using clinically proven methods to help you move toward the life you want.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and humanistic approaches, tailoring our work to fit your unique needs and goals. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, which can help you connect with different aspects of yourself in a positive, transformative way.

In our sessions, you won’t find an agenda waiting for you. Instead, I’ll meet you where you are, helping you take actionable steps toward the inner peace you’re seeking. My priority is to create a safe, warm environment where you feel comfortable taking off the mask and being your true self.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. My experience spans working with diverse populations, from residential and drug and alcohol treatment centers to roles in social work. I’ve spent much of my career helping individuals, particularly men, navigate the complexities, trauma, and life transitions.
