Growing up isn’t easy—get support for navigating the changes and challenges with confidence.

You’ve noticed a change in your child, and you’re wondering how to best be there for them. Maybe they’re more distant, struggling in school, fighting at home, or navigating a divorce or loss. You know they’re feeling big emotions under the surface, but it feels hard to connect with them. As their parent, you miss their light and need some support to help them with what they’re going through.

And as they grow up, new challenges continue to arise. It’s an honor to be able to grow alongside my clients as they transition into navigating adolescence and young adulthood.

If you’re in those stages of life, it might feel like everything is moving too fast, and you’re struggling to keep up. Maybe you’re stepping into a new chapter—starting college, a new relationship, or beginning a new career—yet feeling lost in the process. Perhaps you’ve been hit with an unexpected change, like a breakup, a family shift, or a deep sense that things aren’t the same anymore. These transitions can shake our sense of stability, making us ask, “Who am I now that everything feels different?”

Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that what you’re feeling makes sense. It’s normal to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain when life throws big changes your way. My goal is to help you or your child make sense of those feelings, understand yourself better, and move forward in a way that aligns with who you are.

My Background & Approach

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships—we’ll figure things out together. I show up for my clients in a way that is both encouraging and challenging—I’ll support you when things feel tough, but I’ll also push you to step outside your comfort zone, learn new things, and grow in meaningful ways.

For kids and teens, I focus on creating a space that feels safe, engaging, and truly theirs. I want therapy to be something they look forward to, so we’ll often play games or do creative activities—all the while talking about the issues they’re facing and exploring ways they can feel more confident and grounded. We’ll stay in close contact throughout the process, and I’ll give you information and tools to help you best support your child’s growth between sessions.

For young adults, I help untangle the pressures of identity, relationships, and expectations so they can step into who they are with more confidence. I believe in therapy that’s real, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. No matter what, my commitment is to show up fully, meet you where you are, and help you stay on-track toward your goals.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, person-centered therapy, and play therapy techniques for younger clients. My work is relational and emotionally focused, with a bit of humor when needed. Together, we explore how past experiences shape your present, build new skills, and create lasting change.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.  My experience includes supporting neurodivergent kids, helping young adults navigate major life transitions, and working with clients through anxiety, depression, grief, and identity formation. By working in a variety of settings, including university counseling centers and schools, I saw firsthand the power of being heard and understood. That’s the foundation of my work: helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered to live the life you want.
