Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, CA #151010
I’m here to help you rebuild trust, connection, and hope.
If you’re caught in a cycle of constant arguments and unspoken resentment, it can feel like your relationship - the one you once thought was unshakable - could be on the verge of breaking. Maybe your’e trying to pick up the pieces in the aftermath of infidelity, or the stress of finances or navigating opposing values could be creating a gap that feels impossible to bridge. You both know something needs to change.
Or maybe, life itself has shifted - moving to a new place, experiencing loss, or having children - and these changes have highlighted cracks in your connection. You want more: more understanding, more intimacy, more moments where you feel truly seen and loved. You’re not sure how to take that next step together, but you’re tired of having the same disagreements, walking on eggshells, or feeling more like roommates than partners.
No matter what’s led you here, it’s because you believe a more connected and meaningful life and relationship are possible. And I believe they are, too.
I specialize in helping couples and individuals untangle the challenges that feel too difficult to carry alone. Whether you’re part of a traditional relationship or exploring non-traditional dynamics, I want to help you create a partnership rooted in trust, intimacy, and shared purpose. Together, we’ll dive into the things that matter and work toward solutions that feel authentic and sustainable.
My Background & Approach
In our work, we’ll focus on understanding what’s brought you to this point and uncovering the deeper patterns shaping your relationship. Using approaches like the Gottman Method, I’ll help you create a roadmap that addresses conflict, strengthens communication, and rebuilds the trust and admiration you once shared.
We’ll look at the past to understand its influence, but our focus will primarily be on how you can move forward - step by step. I offer a calm, supportive space where both you and your partner can feel safe to explore your needs, fears, and desires without fear of blame or judgment. I’ll help you de-escalate in heated moments, work through challenging conversations, and develop practical tools to create shared meaning and rekindle intimacy. This process isn’t just about your relationship - it’s about rediscovering the confident, connected individuals you can be, both together and apart.
I believe therapy is most impactful when it’s a partnership. You’ll guide the process, choosing where to focus, and I’ll be there to offer structure, support, and accountability. Between sessions, I’ll encourage you to apply what we’ve worked on, whether that’s practicing new communication skills or simply spending intentional time together.
With a Master’s in Psychology from Pepperdine University and experience working with couples and individuals as a trainee therapist, my approach balances practical, evidence-based tools and strategies with the understanding that this work is deep and emotional. Therapy with me is grounded in clear goals, compassionate exploration, and a commitment to growth.
I’ve always been drawn to the ways people connect and grow, starting with an early dream of becoming a teacher. My own experiences in therapy as a teen showed me the power of being truly understood and inspired me to pursue a career in helping others navigate their hardest moments.
If you’re ready to take the next step - whether that’s toward repairing your relationship or simply finding clarity for yourself - I’m here to help.
